36yo male 7:30 pace, ran the h2c 12+ times. I'll add a lot of energy and support to your team.

60+ male 7:15-7:30 pace, has run the h2c 22+ times. He'll add a lot of experience.

We are really easy going and have been on teams last minute before and love it.
