Hi!  My name is Mary and I am looking for a team to join!  It will be my first time!  I am 64.  I walk anywhere from 5 to 8 miles at least 4 x week, more when weather is nicer.  My average pace is 15:19 min mile.  I reached 14:39 at one point but then got ill and so I am back to building myself back up.  Please email me back if you are interested.
