Need to switch volunteer times at the Finish

I have a volunteer that is currently registered for the Finish volunteer location Start:08/25/2018 02:30PM - End: 08/25/2018 07:15PM. He is looking to switch with another volunteer for an earlier shift so he is done by 4 pm or on Friday.
