I'm interested in doing some Portland to Coast walks. I've been doing about 20, 5 and 10 k's since 2016. I'm a male in my upper 60's. My pacing is about 13.30 in both my 5 and 10 K's. I take my walking serious but try not to take myself to serious. Meaning that when I walk, "I Walk", I put the pedal to the medal.

I'm heavily involved in officiating youth sports year round (baseball, football, and basketball). I need to know the time commitment that this takes.....Paul
