Hi Trish, Happy 4th !  I'm very interested.  I'm a male in his 50's who has run several relays including Reno/Tahoe a month ago. Really enjoy the camaraderie.  I live near Denver so am out-of-town also.  I run 9-10 mpm but am consistent and can run somewhat longer distances if needed   :-)  Please email back if I could fit a spot on your team (runner 7 is fine).  Thanks,    Ralph      ralph.p302@gmail.com

Hey Trish,

Looking to join a team, I run a 7-8 min mile and can run any leg you need filled. Last year I ran leg 6 and rocked it of course. Every mile of my last leg were in the low 7's. I love to run and am in it just for the fun of the event and HTC is a lot of fun. I live here in Portland. If you would like to know more and see if I am a fit hit me up. OH and I am a 36/male.  dimensions122@gmail.com

Hey Trish,

I am looking to join a team. I run avg 7:15/mile and can run any leg. I am a 22 yo female and I live in the Portland area. I just graduated and finished competing in cross country/track for Oregon State, so I haven't run HTC before but it's always been an aspiration/dream. I love to run and am really just looking to have fun doing what I love. Call, text, or email if you think I might be a fit (503)277-0905 lawsonte@onid.orst.edu

Hi Trish, please let me know if you still need a runner. I'm coming into town from Pennsylvania. 22yr old male, former collegiate runner. But most importantly I'm just looking forward to the chance of joining any team that still needs a runner. Let me know if I can help out. I think I'd make a great teammate! Thanks a lot!

Hi my name Rick, I just ran a 6.8 mile/min. over an 8.3 mile course.  I can run longer routes, if needed.  I am 61 yrs. young and in great shape.  I prefer level, or up hill and I always have run in the middle of the night.  That, of course can change.  Let me know if you have an opening.  I havn't run in this before, and would like to try it out.

Hi, I have done the H2C the past 2 years and this year my team did not get in.  I run about an 8  to 830 minute pace.  I would love to be a team again this year.  Call me 503-849-3302 to get to know me better.
