 May i suggest that you also include the exchange and the time slot for the volunteer you seeK. If its for exchanges 12 thru 23 i am interested..

 I regret i  cannot meet your needs.....I reply as soon as i saw your post.   Legs 12 thru 23 i can manage happily.     Well wishes in the hope you can find a volunteer for exchange 34.  Soory i cannot offer any help.  I do thank you for asking....

 Hey HTC teams and runners...
 I have run the HTC 9 times. I had planned to return to run the HTC  this year 2017, BUT due to an injury, I'm not race ready. So I  would love to VOLUNTEER  for an appreciative team.  I know the course quite well.  I always bring with me a positive attitude,  curiosity, friendliness and an avid interest in the race!  I can happily volunteer for most any leg from 12 thru 23.
