Teams Seeking Walkers / Driving Assignments

I have a team of 9 and I am having a hard time figuring out how to coordinate the vans. Does anyone have a driving layout for 9 people? The course map is set up for a team of 12 and since I have 9 it doesn't match up. People aren't always going to be in the same van. I contacted PTC and the only rule that's enforced is there can only be 1 van in legs 19-24. This is my first year doing it so I'm a newbie and would appreciate any help. Thank you!
